Navigating learning: the value of one-to-one approaches?

Abstract

Within this project, we consider one-to-one teaching and its efficacy. Teaching does not exist in a vacuum, but is expected to respond to the concerns of learners, educators themselves, employers and administrators. Based on initial investigations, we query present assumptions, if the present compromise is appropriate and ask whether there’s space for further innovation in HE one-to-one teaching settings.
